Travelers Guidelines

1. Seat rotation will be done on all of our tours. *

 

2. No smoking on all of our tours. *

 

3. Tour guides on all motorcoach tours, air travel and cruises with 15 or more. Tour guides are CPR trained and attend a mandatory tour guide school. *

 

4. Physically impaired persons are welcome on our tours. You must provide additional special assistance if needed.

 

5. Wheelchair, oxygen tanks, etc. are welcome as long as they fit in the motorcoach storage bays.

 

6. Refreshments on the motorcoach are permitted. Only small coolers which fit under your seat are permitted.

 

7. No glass bottles or jars are permitted on the motorcoach.

 

8. No movies or tapes are to be played on the motorcoach unless approved by Especially 4-U Tours.

 

9. Tipping suggestions are made for all tours. It is entirely up to each individual whether to use these suggestions or not.

 

10. Cancellation penalties do apply. Ask your sales representative. It is the customers responsibility to find out the details.

 

11. Itinerary, prices, hotels, casinos, promotions, and tours subject to change without notice and at no fault to Especially 4-U Tours, due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Especially 4-U Tours shall not be liable for any delay or non-performance due to illness, weather, equipment failure, road conditions, labor difficulties or any other causes beyond its control.
