Day 1: With your Especially 4 U Tour guide travel to Southern California, with rest breaks and a lunch stop (on you own) along the way. Continue to our hotel in the area of Pasadena area. Check into the hotel - late afternoon - Dinner on own but a variety of restaurants are within walking distance from hotel. HAMPTON INN OR EQUIV.
Day 2: Monday: After a relaxing breakfast we will head for the 143rd Tournament of Roses, FLOAT decorating area. This is where the floats line up for tomorrow’s parade–you will get an up close view of all of the floats, a rose pin, visitors guide, brochure and map for viewing. We will do this in the morning and have about 4 hours there. After this we will then have a tour of the GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA. we will return to the hotel in time to rest and be ready to celebrate an early NEW YEARS EVE in the Lobby of the hotel… Dinner on your own before or after the celebration.
Day 3: HAPPY NEW YEAR ! Up early this morning for breakfast, check out of your hotel, board your waiting motor coach and head to the 124th Tournament of Roses Parade. You will enjoy excellent bleacher seating (easy steps to climb) on Clorado Blvd. Bus parking is directly behind your seats so you won’t have far to walk . After you see the spirited marching bands from throughout the nation, majestic floral floats, and high stepping equestrian units, you will be met at your motor coach by your guide with a box lunch and beverage. Eat, relax and enjoy yourself as your driver works his way out of the very busy parking lot We will make a dinner stop on the way home — arriving back in the Valley of the Sun around midnight.
