Affiliations:
Especially 4-U Tours & Travel is a member of the National Tour Association.
Licenced & Insured:
Especially 4-U Tours carries two million dollars of liability insurance protection, and the motorcoach companies carry five million dollars of liability insurance. We also provide you with customer protection of $250,000 on all tours booked through Especially 4-U Tours.
Customers With Disabilities:
Especially 4-U Tours is happy to deal with disabled clients. We feel everyone should have the opportunity to travel. We have tours specially designed for our deaf clients with certified signers.
Cancellations:
Cancellation Protection is available at the cost of $4.00 for tours priced at $50.00 or less. Over $50.00 we use travel cancellation or interruption insurance through NTA. Charges are determined by the price of the trip. All claims must be documented to collect, e.g. sickness or death of the insured or their immediate family (children, spouse or parents).
Other Important Information:
- All tours can be taken at a different date of departure with your own group of 30 or more on tours, and 40 or more on gambling tours.
- We use modern touring coaches with airline style seats, video and restrooms.
- We have the right to change the mode of transportation from motorcoach to minbus, van or minivan without notification.
- Unless otherwise stated, all tours depart from Phoenix, AZ.
